My love of the program was the reason I applied for National Boatswain and will be my driving force as I work to grow our program. I hope in my term to spark this love of Sea Scouting in every one of our youth, and those beyond. I have been able to watch some of the greatest youth of my generation make their statement. Now, I’m excited to take you on the journey as I make my own.”

National Boatswain-Elect Jewell Norris
