Introduction to On Water Leader Skills (IOWLS) is an introductory course designed to meet the needs of new Skippers and adult leaders. The course has recently been approved by Scouting U and will soon be available for Councils across the country.
The course can be tailored to the skill level of the participants who may be outstanding boaters who don’t have a background in Scouting or Scouters new to the water.
