SEAL Tidewater, VA 2020

Hosted by Colonial Virginia and Tidewater Councils, the Lower Chesapeake Bay is a great venue for boating and sailing.  Our boats are docked at Old Point Comfort Marina in Hampton, VA and our training sessions will be held in the Old Point Comfort Yacht Club.  Our vessel is Sage is a Catalina 42 sailboat.  She has a fin keel and is a very nimble and fast boat to sail.  Due to our proximity to Norfolk, Hampton,  Newport News, and the lower Chesapeake Bay we have many options for sailing.  We can go up the Elizabeth River to see the Navy Ships or head out into the Bay and visit Fort Wool (only accessible by boat).  On our last day, time permitting, we will tour the Casemate Museum on Fort Monroe.
