Do you love the water, but wish you knew more about sailing? Then come check out the Sea Scout Rendezvous on May 20 from 7 am to 7 pm! It will be at Camp Illinek in Springfield, IL and is open to Venturers, Sea Scouts and older scouts! More information to come, but for now you can subscribe to their Facebook event here!
Who can attend?
The Rendezvous is open to all Sea Scouts, Venturers, Explorers, and Boy Scouts at least 14 years old.
When?
The Rendezvous is Saturday, May 20, 2017. Events begin at 9:00 a.m. and the closing Bridge of Honor will conclude around 6:30p.m.
Where?
The Rendezvous will be at Camp Illinek on Lake Springfield off of Iron Bridge Road. To get to Camp Illinek take exit 90 (Toronto Road) off of I-55. If you are coming from St. Louis, the camp is only 90 minutes from the Arch!
Cost?
$22 per person. This includes 3 meals, a t-shirt, and program. Camping option is available. $4/night includes tent camping field, modern restrooms, and meals.
