MAKAHIKI is a weekend full of competition, fun and friendship. Water events include Swimming, Canoe Swap, Row Boating and other fun water related activities. Land events include, Marlinspike, Tug-O-War and a special twist on Beach Volley ball. There will be some new events for 2017 for the 50th anniversary. All Scouts who are 14 years of age or have competed the 8th grade by August 4th 2017.
Makahiki is open to Boy/Girl Scout Troops, Venturing Crews, Varsity Teams, Scout Ships and Explorer Posts.
