Our speaker is James Calvert who serves as the Yard’s Engineering Division Chief within the Industrial Department. He supervises a staff of 35 across three branches with a portfolio of $7M/year. The Engineering Division specializes in detail design to support major maintenance availability, and also completes concept, preliminary, and other detail design efforts.
